We are striving to be better at communicating with our patients and want to make sure ALL our patients can read and understand the information we send to them. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
Please also let us know if you need information from the practice or whilst you are in the practice in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate, this can be organised with a little notice.
We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool, we currently have a hearing loop available in reception.
