Cost of prescriptions rise on 1st April 2017 to £8.60

Prescription ordering - because of pressure of work we are moving to 3 working day turnaround of prescription requests, please bear this in mind when you next order your prescriptions

Thank you to our Patient Participation Group for raising £288.65 from the sale of cakes & refreshments at our recent flu vaccination clinics - the money will be used to buy an INR* machine for blood testing housebound patients who are taking blood thinning medications.

Please phone NHS111 (dial 111) if you need a doctor urgently when we are closed. DO NOT telephone the surgery.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.  If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999

New Patient Registrationregister_now

If you would like to register with the practice simply call in to the surgery and complete a registration form or bring in your NHS medical card. This will enable us to obtain your medical records from your previous doctor.

You will also be asked to fill in a short questionnaire which helps us to have some knowledge of your medical history before your notes arrive. Both registration forms and the questionnaire can be downloaded from the above “Registering Online” tab.

To save time whilst at the surgery please print and complete the forms before you come.

Please bring some photographic ID (eg Passport/Driving Licence) & a recent utility bill (or other proof of address) with you when you come in to register.
