Cost of prescriptions rise on 1st April 2017 to £8.60


Prescription ordering - because of pressure of work we are moving to 3 working day turnaround of prescription requests, please bear this in mind when you next order your prescriptions


Thank you to our Patient Participation Group for raising £288.65 from the sale of cakes & refreshments at our recent flu vaccination clinics - the money will be used to buy an INR* machine for blood testing housebound patients who are taking blood thinning medications.


FLU VACCINATIONS - Free for eligible patients - Saturday 7th & 21st October 8.30am - 12.30pm (NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED)


'OUT OF HOURS' 6.30pm - 8am Monday - Fridays & all day Saturday & Sunday -


Please phone NHS111 (dial 111) if you need a doctor urgently when we are closed. DO NOT telephone the surgery.


Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.  If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999


Test Results

tests_and_results.jpgWhen you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and only call the surgery once sufficient time has elapsed.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
